Word Bearer List (1850)

As some of you may know, I am working on a Word Bearer CSM list. Since I like lists that are more fluffy and have cool looking models more than kick assery, I have limited some of the selections available down. No unit or character can have a mark of chaos, only icon allowed is that of Glory (re-roll morale tests). Since the Word Bearers are pretty religious (well, in their way of thining) they should have at least 1 unit of demons if not more. Also, after the Heresy, the Word Bearers tend to be split into Hosts, about the size of a company, with units tending to be 12 Marines with a Champion leading them.

So with the fluff out of the way here is the list:

HQ:
Dark Acolyte (Chaos Lord) - Demon weapon (+1 Str, +d6 Attacks unless rolls a 1 then no attacks and suffers a wound). Personal Icon, Plasma Pistol): 155 pts

Daemon Prince- Wings and Wind of Chaos (Flamer Template anything under it takes a wound on 4+ no armor, no cover, glances a vehicle on a 4+): 160 pts

Greater Summoned Demon: 100 Pts

Elite:

12 Possesed w/ Champion: 327 Pts

9 Chosen CSM w/ Champ. 2 PF 2PW Icon of Glory, Rhino w/ Dozer and Havoc: 322 Pts

Troops:

12 CSM w/ Champ 2 Meltas, PF PP: 265 Pts

12 CSM w/ Champ 2 Flamers, PF PP: 255 Pts

9 Lesser Summoned Demons: 117 Pts

9 Lesser Summoned Demons: 117 Pts

Total 1818 Pts and 67 Models

I like it! I would add extra armour to the rhino.

This is a variant List, since the above is very similar to my Slaanesh army

I think it will struggle against any army with decent mobility and firepower. The Daemon Prince and the single RHINO will be priority of any anti-tank in turn one and probably won't last very long. After that you are foot-slogging it. And combining that with close range weaponry (flamers/meltas) will only make that worse.
